Welcome
Wow! What a ride. Back in 2000, we started out with one small client in St. Louis, Missouri. Today, we’re the world’s leader in international employment screening, with more than 10 offices in North America, United Kingdom, Asia and the Middle East. What a long, strange trip it’s been. We still honor our original ideals, and we think that has a lot to do with our success.
Who are we? Well, we seek out the most excellent people available, maintain the highest quality standards in the screening industry, and have an unshakable commitment supporting our customers’ needs. Add to that the excitement and fun we bring to the employment screening process, and you start to get a sense of what we’re all about. Oh yeah, we’re a charity-driven company too. If you are interested in learning about our business practices and what makes us tick, check out our News Room, Press Releases, Alliances, Blog, and more.
Around here, we often talk about our mission in terms of Xact Vetting – Xact People – Xact Planet. Basically, we think these elements all play a huge role in our success.
- Xact Vetting — We constantly search for the most accurate vetting tools to ensure the highest quality, most precise employment screenings possible because we believe that our results process in its correct and truthful state — untainted by database inaccuracies — is the best process and most reliable employment screening product there is.
- Xact People — Our people are our company. They are passionate about a healthy work environment, healthy eating and a healthy planet. They take full advantage of our decentralized, self-directed team culture and create a respectful workplace where people are treated fairly and are highly motivated to succeed.
- Xact Planet — We are committed to helping take care of the world around us, and we actively support the alleviation of world poverty. And, while we assist our global neighbors through our support of Kiva’s micro-lending operations, we also step out the back door of each of our offices to support and sponsor neighborhood events and donate to local non-profit groups.
At Xact Check, we’re focused on making simple screenings simple and complex screenings possible.
The fine people who bring you Xact Check are located in Washington, DC and Santa Monica, California.
