Investigate
In addition to providing extensive database searches, including consumer credit profiles and motor vehicles records Xact Check investigative specialists conduct in-house telephonic reference interviews to determine the character of an applicant as well as perform extensive academic and employment history verifications.
Review
Candidate results are compiled into a final report which is then reviewed and interpreted by a highly qualified account executive. This process is critical to identifying a candidate’s movement patterns, behavioral habits, and lifestyle trends.
Recommend
Once a full candidate review has been conducted, we put our reputation on the line and provide a final recommendation on the qualifications of your candidate.
