Inside Account Representative
SUMMARY:
We are seeking a full-time Inside Account Representative for our corporate office. Applicants must be highly motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and dedicated to our corporate mission.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the sale of Xact Check products and services through channel partners for an assigned territory of non-named accounts, including renewals and up-selling to customers.
- Follow up on lead generation and qualification.
- Engage partners on sales opportunities.
- Enroll customers in marketing activities.
- Work with partners on partner marketing events.
- Follow up with customers on miscellaneous actions.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Experience:
- Two (2) to four (4) years inside/outside sales experience, proven time-management and account management skills.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Basic knowledge of sales in a service-related industry, including customer needs assessment and solution identification, meeting quality standards for service and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Basic knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting and selling services.
- Exhibit sound oral expression and comprehension, persuasion, negotiation, listening, inductive and deductive reasoning skills.
- Sound organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office tools (particularly Excel).
- Be persistent, assertive, and employ ingenuity.
- Manage time and balance workload to handle several projects at a time and ensure timely completion.
- Work cooperatively as part of a team.
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
