Xact Check maintains this Site as a service to our customers, employees and applicants. SUBMISSION, COLLECTION, USE & SHARING OF INFORMATION

Disclosure of Information to Others: Xact Check may use your information internally or with other Xact Check-owned subsidiaries and affiliates, but does not disclose your personal information to third parties, except as follows: (1) to comply with any court order, law or as compelled by any governmental agency; (2) to comply with a request from any law enforcement agency in connection with an official investigation of illegal activity; (3) to protect the rights or property of Xact Check or its affiliated companies; (4) to protect the personal safety of users or the public; or (5) in the event of a corporate reorganization, sale, merger or similar transaction involving Xact Check or any of our subsidiaries or affiliates.
SECURITY
The Site has security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure. As a result, despite our efforts to protect your personal information, Xact Check does not ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk.
